Who is responsible
Blueridge Web Services LLC (Florida, L2400012602) operates MuseRig and decides how the data described here is used.
What MuseRig collects
Your account. Name, email address, and whether that address has been verified. Passwords are stored only as hashes and are never visible to us.
Your work. Briefs you write, reference images and brand assets you upload, audio you add, characters you save, and the outputs MuseRig generates for you.
Your spending. Every quote, approval, credit movement and generation job, kept as an append-only record. Your card details are not among them.
Connected agents. If you connect an agent over MCP, MuseRig records which tool it called and what the outcome was.
What MuseRig does not do
Your work is not used to train models. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone except the generation providers needed to produce the piece you approved.
Who else sees your data
Generation providers receive the brief and reference material for a piece of work you have approved, and only for that purpose. Our hosting, database, storage and email providers process data on our behalf under contract.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which collects your card details directly. MuseRig receives back only the amount, the currency, and whether the payment succeeded.
The welcome film on the sign-up page is hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from Google until you press play. When you do, YouTube's player sets its own cookies and sees your IP address, under Google's privacy policy rather than this one.
How long it is kept
Favourited and downloaded outputs, reference images, brand assets, audio and characters are kept until you delete them. Outputs you neither favourite nor download are deleted 30 days after they are made. Accounting records are kept after that, because they are the record of what you were charged.
Your choices
You can delete individual items at any time. Archiving a project hides it and deletes nothing.
Rights, transfers, cookies and contact
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what MuseRig holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Most of it you can do yourself: delete any item from the Library at any time, and archiving a project hides it without deleting anything. For the rest, write to the address below and we will do it. Accounting records are the exception. We keep those, because they are the record of what you were charged.
Where your data is. MuseRig runs in the United States, and its database is in AWS us-east-1. Your account and your work are processed there whichever country you are in.
Who processes it. Vercel hosts the app, Neon holds the database, Cloudflare R2 stores your files, Resend sends the email, Inngest runs background jobs, and Stripe takes the payments. Stripe collects your card details directly and MuseRig never receives them. The generation providers receive the brief and reference material for a piece you have approved, and only for that piece.
Cookies. MuseRig sets one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. There is no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracker anywhere in the product.
Changes. We may update this policy. The version and date at the top of the page change when it does, and the current version is the one that applies.
