VERSION 2.1 · 7 SEPTEMBER 2026

Terms of Service

1. Who provides MuseRig

MuseRig is operated by Blueridge Web Services LLC (Florida, L2400012602).

Blueridge Web Services LLC is also the seller, and takes the payment for anything you buy here. Charges appear on your statement as MUSERIG.

2. What you are buying

MuseRig sells finished creative work, priced per output. Most of it is generated: a model makes the picture or the footage, and MuseRig lays your exact words over it. Some of it is not. A picture film is composed from photographs you already own and asks no model for anything. Both kinds are priced and sold the same way.

One credit is one cent of retail value. You are shown the exact price of a piece of work before it runs, and nothing is charged until you approve that price. Credits you buy do not expire; they stay on your balance until you spend them or your account is closed.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; MuseRig never receives or stores them.

3. Free credits

A new account receives a one-time grant of 1000 credits. The grant does not refill, does not expire, and has no cash value. It may be withdrawn from accounts created to claim it more than once.

One person holds one account. Two addresses that reach the same inbox are the same person, and a second account for them is not opened.

An early-access account may share a link. When somebody who signs up through it finishes their first generation, the account that shared the link receives 500 credits, for up to two such people. Referral credits are promotional: they have no cash value, they may be withheld or reversed where the referred account does not appear to be a distinct person, and the scheme may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. What we do with your work

Your briefs, reference images, brand assets and the outputs MuseRig makes for you belong to you, whether they were generated or composed from your own material. MuseRig stores them to provide the service and does not use them to train models.

5. What we keep, and for how long

Outputs you mark as favourites or download, along with reference images, brand assets, uploaded audio and saved characters, are kept until you delete them. Any output you neither favourite nor download is deleted 30 days after it is made, whether it was generated or composed.

6. Rights in material you supply

You confirm that you hold the rights to any reference image, logo, artwork, photograph, music or sound effect added to your workspace, and to any likeness you ask MuseRig to work from. That applies whether you upload the file yourself or an agent you have connected adds it for you: a connected agent acts on your account, and what it adds is yours to stand behind.

Where the material is the finished work rather than an input to it, the same rule matters more. A picture film generates nothing: the photographs in it are the whole of what is sold and published. If the paintings, drawings, photographs or designs in one were made by somebody else, you need that person's permission to make the film and to publish it. Being able to upload a file is not permission to use it.

MuseRig does not clear rights on your behalf. It does not check who made anything you add, it does not ask whether you have permission, and it does not assert that any third-party material is licensed for your use. No step in the product is a rights check, and nothing proceeding without a warning means anything has been cleared. That responsibility is yours and stays yours.

7. AI disclosure

Presenters generated by MuseRig are synthetic. Every project that has a presenter names it as synthetic in MuseRig's own record, whatever the finished file shows, and that record is not something you can edit.

By default the disclosure is written onto the output as well: a label over the presenter while the presenter speaks, and a line on the end card. When you set the film up you can move it to the end card alone, or switch it off.

Switching it off does not make the presenter any less synthetic. It moves the duty to disclose to you, wherever you publish and under whatever rules apply there.

You may not strip a disclosure MuseRig has written onto a finished output.

A picture film has none of this, because it generates nothing. It is made of photographs you supply, laid out and timed by MuseRig, so there is no synthetic imagery in it and no disclosure is written onto it. If you add narration to one, the words are read by a generated voice. The pictures are yours; the voice is a recording of nobody, and disclosing that wherever you publish is yours to do.

8. Refunds

Provider work that fails releases the credits it reserved, automatically. Credits are not otherwise refundable.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use MuseRig to make anything illegal, or anything that harasses, defames or impersonates a real person.

Do not add or publish material you do not hold the rights to, yourself or through a connected agent. That covers images, logos, artwork, photographs, music, sound effects and any likeness you ask MuseRig to work from. Somebody else's work needs their consent, whether MuseRig generates from it or simply puts it on screen.

Do not create a presenter that depicts a real, identifiable person. MuseRig's presenters are synthetic by design. Every presenter MuseRig can film is generated, whether it is drawn or made to look like a photograph, and none is a picture of a person who exists.

A character of the Real person kind records a named adult's consent to their likeness. One can be saved and given a portrait, but it cannot be filmed: a real person's likeness and cloned voices are not offered for generation, and MuseRig refuses rather than produce one.

Do not strip an AI-generated disclosure out of a finished output after MuseRig has written it. Choosing not to write one when you set the film up is a setting, and section 7 says what it means.

Do not try to obtain credits you were not granted and did not pay for, or to interfere with how work is quoted, priced or accounted for.

If an account does any of these we may suspend or close it. Where we can, we will tell you what happened and why before we do.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at our discretion. The version number and date at the top of this page say which version is in force, and they change when the document does.

The current version is the one that applies to you, including if your account was created under an earlier one. If you carry on using MuseRig after a change, you are agreeing to the version published here. There is no separate notice, so it is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

They can be read at any time on this page, without signing in. The version and the date are how you tell whether anything has changed since you last looked.

If you do not agree with a change, stop using MuseRig. Nothing in this section creates a right to a refund; section 8 is the whole of the refund policy.

11. Liability, warranties, termination and governing law

What MuseRig promises. MuseRig is provided as it is. Generation is probabilistic: the same brief run twice will not produce the same file, and no output is promised to be fit for any particular purpose. What is promised is the price. You see the exact cost before a piece runs, nothing is charged until you approve it, and provider work that fails releases the credits it reserved.

What we are liable for. If MuseRig causes you a loss, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Ending it. You can stop using MuseRig whenever you like, and delete your work from the Library. Credits are not refunded when you leave, so spend them first. We may close an account that breaches section 9. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund any unspent credits you paid for.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute belongs to the courts there.
